The Dulce de Leche Tassel was a custom order for one of our favorite shop owners.  She asked for a design with lots of neutrals and carmel colors and some bling.  Holly whipped it out faster than Reddi-Whip.  We wanted to share the finished product with you.

    Beautiful tassels, I especially love this one, simple yet classic, with a bit of bling. Do you create the toppers yourself? I love the rustic look.
