Heaven help us this tassel is striking. Holly saw this polka-dot ribbon while we were out shopping for materials and she couldn't wait to take it home and design something sensational. Pictured above is her success.
Ingredients top to bottom, layer by layer:
- handsome artichoke top,
- whimsy eyelash trim,
- green satin ribbons with brown polka-dots,
- green sheer wired ribbons, and;
- layers and layers of chocolate bullion trim.
